The Guidelines are based on the provisions of the Public Procurement Act (PPA-3) and represent a recommended tool for use by their preparers. They provide suitable and harmonized (with PPA-3) references, directions and suggestions on the most appropriate procurement process for works contracts.
This product is also exported to the international Joinup portal.
