The Act on Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No.30/18 and 95/21 - ZInfV-A; hereinafter referred to as ZDSMA), in Article 5(3), refers to the use of a harmonised standard - i.e. a standard published in the Official Journal of the European Union in accordance with an implementing decision of the European Commission. The implementing decision of the EC is directly applicable in all Member States and does not need to be transposed into the legal order of the Republic of Slovenia. The fifth and sixth paragraphs of Article 5 of the ZDSMA, which contain a reference to SIST EN 301 549 V1.1.2, would be relevant if the references to the harmonised standard were not published, which they are. The list of standards is published on the SIST website (see below).

SIST EN 301 549 V2.1.2:2018 is applicable and harmonised until 12 February 2022, and the latest version of SIST EN 301 549 V3.2.1 becomes the only relevant standard on 12 February 2022.
