Legal information system (PIS) provides free access to legislation and other public documents of state authorities and of bodies exercising public powers in the Republic of Slovenia and to the documents issued by the institutions of the EU and the Council of Europe.
PIS is a free, transparent and uniform national legal information system which makes it possible for the general and expert public to find in a single location regulations and other legal acts, jurisprudence, consolidated legal texts, and to monitor the legislative procedure. In addition, it is possible to effectively and quickly look for sources of law, as well as any other information which significantly affect the level of legal protection in the Republic of Slovenia.
