A brief description:
Application Repozitorij2GO serves as a specifications repository for procurement. The
common repository of specifications is intended for the structured capture of functional
and non-functional requirements, which are attached as a document as the most
important component of the public procurement.
From the creation to the publication of the procurement, the specifications are private
within the project team. After the public announcement of the public procurement in
the published version, they become public, within all defined users of the repository.
Use:
Repozitorij2GO offers:
• Keeping procurement specifications in one place.
• Within one project, we can open several sub-projects, creating specifications for
each public procurement. (One project can have several sub-projects, each subproject
can have exactly one public procurement.)
• Management of versions of public procurement specifications (the last one is
always valid).
• Monitoring the audit trail (who and when changed something in the
specifications).
• Log in via ADFS: log on with the same user account as you have for the
computer in local domain.
• Security scheme: you define access (insight, update, access) to projects /
subprojects to other users.
