Klasifikacije2GO

The Klasifikacije2GO platform is intended for the central management of classifications (code lists). All classifications should be in one, central place. Thus, there is no need for the same classifications are repeated through different applications and so there is no need for them to be maintained in different places. Individual applications access classifications using REST service calls. Vision: The main purpose of the project is a platform for establishing new classifications (code lists) and the migration and modernization of existing classifications (code lists). Use: Application Klasifikacije2GO offers : • Keeping classifications (code lists) in one place. • The same classification (code list) can be used in several applications. • Each classification (code list) can have any number of fields of the basic type (DATE, NUMBER, VARCHAR2 or a link to another classification or code list). • Import of already existing classification items (code lists) via CSV file. • Monitoring the audit trail (who and when changed something in the classification or code list). • Log in via ADFS: log in with the same user account as you have for the local domain computer. • Security scheme: you define access (insight, update, access) to classifications (code lists) to other users. • REST access to classifications (code lists) of public access (for the purpose of using classifications or code lists in other applications). Repozitorij2GO

A brief description: Application Repozitorij2GO serves as a specifications repository for procurement. The common repository of specifications is intended for the structured capture of functional and non-functional requirements, which are attached as a document as the most important component of the public procurement. From the creation to the publication of the procurement, the specifications are private within the project team. After the public announcement of the public procurement in the published version, they become public, within all defined users of the repository. Use: Repozitorij2GO offers: • Keeping procurement specifications in one place. • Within one project, we can open several sub-projects, creating specifications for each public procurement. (One project can have several sub-projects, each subproject can have exactly one public procurement.) • Management of versions of public procurement specifications (the last one is always valid). • Monitoring the audit trail (who and when changed something in the specifications). • Log in via ADFS: log on with the same user account as you have for the computer in local domain. • Security scheme: you define access (insight, update, access) to projects / subprojects to other users. Slovenian metadata profile of spatial information

Metadata are the core of any modern spatial infrastructure, its interoperability and enable the description of the characteristics of spatial data and related services. They also ensure the integration of modern electronic services and thus enable and simplify access to spatial data and their use in various applications. The Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia, in cooperation with the INSPIRE project group, and contractor Igea, d.o.o. prepared a specification of the Slovenian metadata profile for spatial data and services. As the legally determined contact point for the implementation of the INSPIRE directive and the administrator of the Slovenian infrastructure for spatial information, the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia (SMA) is responsible for managing the metadata system for spatial information and related services. In accordance with the requirements of INSPIRE, SMA has prepared an information system for spatial metadata management (IMPS), which in its current, upgraded form is harmonized with the Slovenian metadata profile. The Slovenian metadata profile fully complies with the requirements of the INSPIRE Directive and its implementing rules, and is upgraded with additional metadata elements and rules that are in line with the needs for spatial metadata management in Slovenia. The profile is mandatory for all spatial data controllers that publish metadata in the Slovenian metadata system (regardless of whether the databases fall under the requirements of the INSPIRE Directive or not), so they must prepare their metadata in accordance with the requirements of the Slovenian metadata profile.

Information system for IJS

Informacijski sistem IS IJS je aplikacija, ki je namenjena podpori upravljanja in spremljanja delovnih procesov Inšpektorata za javni sektor. IS IJS je rezultat znanja in dolgoletnih izkušenj sodelavcev Inšpektorata za javni sektor in Ministrstva za javno upravo. IS IJS je namenjen načrtovanju in spremljanju inšpekcijskih postopkov Upravne inšpekcije in Inšpekcije za sistem javnih uslužbencev. IS IJS vsebuje tri nivoje organizacijske ravni in sicer: upravljavsko (vodstveno) raven, administrativno raven in uporabniško raven. Aplikacija omogoča: - vpogled v presek stanja zadev v vsakem trenutku ali za obdobje, - izdelavo različnih statističnih pregledov (od prednastavljenih do možnosti samooblikovanja), - podlago za načrtovanje dela in spremljanje realizacije načrta dela, - predstavlja podlago za pripravo različnih poročil o delu inšpektorata. Izkušnje z uporabo IS IJS so dobre, kar še posebej velja za upravljavsko raven, nekoliko manj pa za operativno uporabniško raven. Zato je v nadaljnjem razvoju IS IJS že predvidena nadgradnja sistema v delu, ki bo namenjena potrebam inšpektorjev v različnih možnih analitičnih spremljanj posamezne inšpekcijske zadeve oziroma pregledovanju različnih podatkov v več zaporednih inšpekcijskih postopkih.

Laurentius - system for secure and reliable electronic document exchange

Laurentius is an open-source system for secure and reliable electronic document exchange suited for use primarily in (public) institutions. It uses an open protocol for secure and reliable electronic document exchange, developed for secure electronic delivery of court documents by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia. It is based on ebXML 3.0 standard using AS4 profile. The system consists of the following open-source technologies (packages): - demo application uses maven and jdk 1.8, - Jetty web application server, - apacheFOP visualisation engine, - apache-cxf using ws-security (and WS-ReliableMessaging) Project is divided in two sub-projects: - msh-xsd: schemes and jaxb objects for OASIS, W3C, etc. - msh-AS4: demo example.

ERAR - Application for the portrayal of public money use in the Republic of Slovenia

Application ERAR is an online service which provides insight to the general public, media, business and state bodies into the operation of public institutions and state-owned enterprises and municipalities that refer to goods and services, wages, social benefits, pensions, subsidies, scholarships etc. The publicly known flow of money between the public and private sector makes holders of public office more responsible for using public funds efficiently and effectively, facilitates debate on adopted and planned investments, reduces the risk of mismanagement and the abuse of authority, and, in particular, limits systemic corruption, unfair competition and patronage. The Commission for the prevention of corruption opens a new paradigm of transparency of the state’s operation and limiting corruption risks. Application ERAR was created on the knowledge and expertise gained by the Commission for the application Supervizor, predecessor of ERAR. Because of its modular structure, the new application allows greater freedom with extensions and upgrades.
