These catalogues contain information on datasets and data structure, their use, data administrator etc. The owner of the information is always the institution which created them, regardless if the institution is part of the private sector or a non-govermental organisation. The owner of all information within the public information system is the state.

Evidenca2GO is a self-service platform for developing / building and publishing evidences and other simpler applications. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and allows us to develop / create any application we use for capturing and publishing that works within the HKOM network in a very fast time. Oracle APEX was chosen as the technological basis of the system, which with additional components enables self-service development environment, transfer to the test and production environment without administrative barriers. We log in to Evidenco2GO with the same user account as for the computer in the local domain. Within the platform, access to developed applications can be determined for other users, we have a pre-installed application for code lists and application parameters, it contains a pre-installed application that serves as the home page of the application and we can generate generic code for auditing old record values, ...). As part of the Evidenca2Go platform, it is specifically to highlight pre-installed applications for data structure entry and structure-based data entry. In this way, users can create a useful free application without programming knowledge, which they then can put to general use. The application allows tracking and insight into changes, allows different levels of rights (view, delete and update data by different sets), allows import from CSV format, allows code lists, data nesting and cross-relationships between data. Anything more requires programming knowledge. Evidenca2GO solves the current problems of records, and many new functionalities have been added, the set of which will be supplemented. The main goal of the project is a platform for the establishment of new records and migration, modernization of existing record systems. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and allows us to create any simple application which we use in everyday business life in a very fast time.

New National Coordinate System

Surveying and mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia (SMA) introducced new coordinate reference system, named D96/TM, which is harmonised with Eurepan CRS and is prescribed by directive INSPIRE. SMA will transform all geodetic data sets till the end of the year 2018. SMA has fullfilled all the ogoje for other data providers, so they can transform their data sets in new coordinate system.

- GeoHub-SI is a GIS portal that provides a platform for publishing space-related content in the form of GIS services and applications intended for the internal or general public. - It is intended for access to services, applications and spatial data provided by state institutions. - It is based on the state cloud computing infrastructure (DRO) provided by the Ministry of Public Administration, which is also responsible for the uniform development of common information solutions in the state administration, so those state institutions that have the right to use DRO services can publish on the portal. The DRO and the operation of the central information and communication system are provided by the Ministry of Public Administration, which is the manager of the ITK infrastructure of the state administration and takes care of the uniform development of common information solutions in the state administration.

Public Administration Central Vocabulary

The central vocabulary uniformly and clearly defines the key terminology used within public administration. All terms in the central vocabulary have a clear, unambiguous and non-redundant definition. In the central vocabulary, terms are organized into a hierarchical structure. Each concept can be in one or more relations of superiority or subordination to other concepts. Relationships between concepts also include associative (non-hierarchical) relationships. The central vocabulary also contains other metadata (eg term administrators, allowed values in the form of code lists, related resources (eg online services that expose certain data), etc.). The central vocabulary provides a consistent language and provided a reference for: • Designers of information solutions, applications, registers, records, etc. • Formulators of legislative and other texts. • Users or data clients who are not the main bearers of the domain (eg other public administration bodies, business analysts, etc.). The Central Vocabulary is published using the Web Protege web application, which is a multilingual tool for managing ontologies and other vocabularies. It supports RDF, SKOS, OWL and other modern standards in the field of semantic web.

STANDARDIZED PLATFORM FOR DATA DISTRIBUTION Basic characteristics of the component IO-MODULE: • enables the institutions to create their data distribution system on MPA infrastructure a special protected area is provided, where the institution (data owner) keeps its distribution database - updated copy of their data • many different technical possibilities for refreshing the contents of the distribution database • each institution is responsible for the contents of their distribution database and for the access control (transaction log) • standard enquiries by one key data (e.g. personal ID number), possibility of specialized search methods • data from the distribution copy are synchronously available to the users, through the common application module (24/7, reliability, availability, speed) • data owner retains necessary control over the data according to the personal data protection rules • extreme flexibility, fast and simple adding of a new enquiring system, simple atribute selection for specific users and purposes, simple adding of a new data source within the IO-module (access possible exclusively within the government HKOM network)
