These catalogues contain information on datasets and data structure, their use, data administrator etc. The owner of the information is always the institution which created them, regardless if the institution is part of the private sector or a non-govermental organisation. The owner of all information within the public information system is the state.

The Digital Slovenia 2030 strategy is the overarching strategy for the digital transformation of our country by 2030 and is the response of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia to the development challenges of digitalization. It is intended to provide strategic planning for promoting Slovenia's digital transformation in the development period by the year 2030. The strategy takes into account the ambitions and principles of the European Union (EU) and is the result of coordination between government representatives, institutions, academics, civil society, and the interested public. It addresses the key areas of Slovenia's digital transformation, building on European strategic documents and focusing on the main challenges of digital transformation in Slovenia. The strategy anticipates orientations and targets with indicators to address the biggest development gaps to accelerate the development of digital transformation in all areas, from gigabit infrastructure to the digital transformation of the economy, digital public services, the path to Smart Society 5.0, cybersecurity, digital competences and inclusion, and related content such as enabling environments and the green transition. The Digital Slovenia 2030 Strategy is a strategic document and contains specific measurable indicators in each of the thematic areas. The overarching objective of the strategy is to promote the digital transformation of Slovenia in all segments – society, government, local communities, and the economy. The Ministry responsible for digital transformation is responsible for managing the implementation of the strategy.

Evidenca2GO is a self-service platform for developing / building and publishing evidences and other simpler applications. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and allows us to develop / create any application we use for capturing and publishing that works within the HKOM network in a very fast time. Oracle APEX was chosen as the technological basis of the system, which with additional components enables self-service development environment, transfer to the test and production environment without administrative barriers. We log in to Evidenco2GO with the same user account as for the computer in the local domain. Within the platform, access to developed applications can be determined for other users, we have a pre-installed application for code lists and application parameters, it contains a pre-installed application that serves as the home page of the application and we can generate generic code for auditing old record values, ...). As part of the Evidenca2Go platform, it is specifically to highlight pre-installed applications for data structure entry and structure-based data entry. In this way, users can create a useful free application without programming knowledge, which they then can put to general use. The application allows tracking and insight into changes, allows different levels of rights (view, delete and update data by different sets), allows import from CSV format, allows code lists, data nesting and cross-relationships between data. Anything more requires programming knowledge. Evidenca2GO solves the current problems of records, and many new functionalities have been added, the set of which will be supplemented. The main goal of the project is a platform for the establishment of new records and migration, modernization of existing record systems. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and allows us to create any simple application which we use in everyday business life in a very fast time.

HKOM network is used by those institutions (central government, part of local government and other) that have legal mandate to access internal information resources only available inside the network. Government communication network consists of "connecting part of the network", designed to rapidly connect various parts of the network and segment it (core, access, servers) and the "service part of the network" providing additional support services such as: - ensuring the quality of services in LAN, WAN and MAN network - providing security by firewalls to control traffic inside and between the institutions, - providing security by the IPS-IDS system for proactive control of network traffic flows, - ensuring the high availability of services and the managing of user sessions by load balancing devices, - providing internet access services, - providing centralized control, - management and control of wireless networks, - services for connection of server segments, - remote VPN access. Connectivity in the HKOM network is provided in one of the following ways: - using the Internet and VPN technology, - using own or leased optical connections, - using IP VPN connections. Government communication network HKOM is owned, controlled and managed by ministry responsible for public administration. Users of HKOM network can access the internet and networks of European union, to provide electronic services and general information on public administration. For users who are not connected via permanent connections, an effective security system is in place in the HKOM network to identify users. For this method of connection to the HKOM network, the data recognition system is used. For users who are connected via permanent connections, a more convenient way of connecting to the HKOM network is by establishing Virtual Private Networking (VPN).

The Gigabit Infrastructure Development Plan is Slovenia’s strategic document for the setting up – and partly also for promoting the use of – infrastructure that will enable gigabit connectivity to all Slovenian households or homes, businesses, and the main socio-economic drivers, while providing uninterrupted 5G coverage in all urban and other populated areas and along major terrestrial transport paths. The Plan is fully harmonised with the fundamental digital objectives of the European Union in the field of connectivity, but it does not include digital objectives in the field of digital infrastructure which will be covered by other strategic documents and public policies. The Plan includes objectives and measures aimed at developing gigabit infrastructure, hence making Slovenia one of the most digitally advanced countries by 2030, providing coverage by gigabit networks to all households and 5G coverage of all populated areas. The Plan’s key intermediate objective is to provide by 2025 all Slovenian households with internet connectivity offering at least 100 Mbps, upgradeable to gigabit speed. The Plan also constitutes a basis for the allocation of funds from the recovery and resilience facility, cohesion policy funds for the period 2021–2027 and other public funds in this field. In this way, the ex ante conditionality is met for the deployment of broadband infrastructure in white spots and the promotion of connectivity with the uptake of the most suitable technologies.
