Search within the site. The repositories of the NIO portal are used as catalogues. These catalogues contain information on datasets and data structure, their use, data administrator etc. The owner of the information is always the institution which created them, regardless if the institution is part of the private sector or a non-govermental organisation. The owner of all information within the public information system is the state.

SOVD

Big file exchange system

The system SOVD is designed for transfer of large files (up to 10 GB) in a simple, secure and reliable way. The process starts when the 'sender' uploads the file into the central SOVD system. The 'receiver' gets notified by e-mail where he can find the link for the download. If the sender has protected the file with the password, the receiver gets that password via separate mail or SMS. The system also performs antivirus scan and in case of and viruses found, it denies the transfer. The senders must be registered, they must have a qualified digital certificateand they have to be inside the governmental private network HKOM. The receivers don't have such restrictions - they can also be outside HKOM anywhere on the internet, they don't need a digital certificate and they don't need to be registered. The file is only temporarily stored in the system (normaly 7 days), after that time it is automatically deleted. While it is in the system, it is encrypted. For the advanced users, the system also alows the file exchange via webservices.

The JEP system is the central part of the information solution for the full and contemporary electronic implementation of public procedures. JEP performs the function of a procedure and form editor and wizard to fill out electronic forms in procedures, including centralized e-signature and e-payment. JEP sends a completed user request to the competent public authority or allows it to handle the application form within the system itself, if the body does not have its own document management system.

KASPeR - Mapping application of statistical data e-dimensions

KASPeR enables cartographic presentation and download of demographic statistical data by selected spatial units in combination with various maps from Google Maps tool. Web mapping application enables visualization of statistical data by selecting spatial units in combination with various cartographic layers from the Google Maps tool. Zooming in offers you spatially more accurate data presentation while individual values for selected variables are obtained by moving the mouse over the spatial unit. Additional information on spatial unit is available in info boxes. The KASPeR application enables downloading of images and selected spatial layers with the data in vector (*. shp) format.

Fictional legal persons or personas, created to support different test scenarios. They are contained in test Business population register, they have assigned PIN number and mostly also the tax number and other attributes. It is recommended that other institutions also include these fictional legal persons into their test environments and cover various typical scenarios. Use of these test legal persons enables efficient testing of complex solutions with overlapping processes of different institutions.

Guidelines for Public Procurement of Cleaning Services

The guidelines are based on the principles set out in the Public Procurement Act, with the aim of defining the needs of the contracting authorities to select economic operators that are affordable and whose work is of high quality, taking into account labor and social legislation. With this, the >Guidelines strive to achieve socially responsible public procurement, based on the consideration of social aspects in public procurement, with an emphasis on decent work. The guidelines include chapters for the calculation of the estimated value and selection of the public procurement procedure, technical specifications, selection criteria (qualifications of economic operators), award criteria with emphasis on social public procurement, contractual provisions and explanation regarding abnormally low tender. The Guidelines pragmatically approach the resolution of this issue, and therefore contain some useful examples that can help contracting authorities in a great deal when dealing with dilemmas and following the provisions of public procurement law. The use of the guidelines will ensure competition, quality, consideration of social aspects and equal treatment of economic operators and the efficient execution of public procurement of cleaning services.
